Who is this for? The word yoga comes from the sanskrit word yuj (pronounced yug) which means to yoke, or unite. This is referring to the union of the individual consciousness (the soul) and Universal Consciousness (Spirit). It is that sacred union between the earth and the heavens that occurs within where we find a sense of wholeness. So with that being said, yoga is for everyone! But is THIS particular training the right one for you? Well, together we will gather and strengthen a variety of tools that will call us to align with our higher power. We will explore the subtle, mental, emotional, and physical body in ways that will tap us into ancient wisdom that can be used to create a vibrant and balanced life. The question of is THIS particular training the right one for you depends entirely on if you're being called to it. Only you will know that answer.
