You are safe here.
The word yoga comes from the sanskrit word yuj (pronounced yug) which means to yoke or unite. This is referring to the union of the individual consciousness (the soul) and Universal Consciousness (Spirit). It is that sacred union between the earth and the heavens that occurs within. So wherever you are in your life, or even in your physical body, yoga meets you there. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. It is for everybody!
Deep and strengthening yoga to embody the divine and bring balance to your life.
Fast pace and energizing flows for anyone looking to stoke their inner fire and invoke the radiant warrior within.
Beginner friendly sessions focused on proper alignment and deepening the connection to the breath.
Meditative and relaxing practices with support of yoga props and breath-work to aid in the opening of the body and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.
